According to the Positive Psychology Program:
Mindfulness helps students and staff manage their stress more effectively and work through it more quickly. Research suggests that mindfulness programs can improve cognitive performance as well as resilience to stress.
Mindfulness practice can support children with:

We practice simple Mindfulness strategies throughout the day. Here are some of the mindfulness posters I have created and have placed throughout the classroom.
Check out my full package of posters in my TPT store. Please share if you know other educators who are interested in adding some mindfulness sayings/affirmations.
Of course, you don't have to be an educator to enjoy these.
